Executive - Facility Maintenance & Management
- Location: Baner-Sus / Kharadi, Pune
- Vacancies: 2Nos
- Reports to: GM FMM
- Experience: 2-4 years in facility maintenance or related fields
- Team Size: Part of a larger maintenance team, coordinating with technicians and cross-functional staff

What Success Looks like in 1 Year:
- Consistently low turnaround time for repairs and maintenance requests.
- Positive feedback from tenants and stakeholders regarding service quality.
- Proactive identification and resolution of recurring issues, reducing downtime.
- Effective coordination with vendors and internal teams ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, fire safety, STP, and other building systems.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to schedule repairs and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and compliance documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support in safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress and updates.
Must have experience (Non Negotiable):
- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and STP operations.
- Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.
Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):
- Familiarity with facility management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Basic budgeting and vendor management skills.
