Executive - Facility Maintenance & Management

• Location: Baner-Sus / Kharadi, Pune
• Vacancies: 2Nos 
• Reports to: GM FMM
• Experience: 2-4 years in facility maintenance or related fields
• Team Size: Part of a larger maintenance team, coordinating with technicians and cross-functional staff

What Success Looks like in 1 Year:

• Consistently low turnaround time for repairs and maintenance requests.
• Positive feedback from tenants and stakeholders regarding service quality.
• Proactive identification and resolution of recurring issues, reducing downtime.
• Effective coordination with vendors and internal teams ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, fire safety, STP, and other building systems.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to schedule repairs and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and compliance documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support in safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress and updates.

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and STP operations.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

• Familiarity with facility management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Basic budgeting and vendor management skills.
