Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts receivables.
• Revenue invoice accounting & revenue reconciliation.
• Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables transactions in accounting systems.
• Prepare debtors aging reports and provide regular updates to management on receivables status.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Support for various internal and external audits.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent written & verbal communication and articulation skills
• Excel proficiency
