Brief about the Team

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.

What will you do

The patient care executive will work in coordination with the client's field force and inform both patients and prescribers of the benefits/services of the Patient Support Program (PSP) Guide the patient as Access Navigator on the CARE plan (CGHS, Army, Railways & ESI)

Based on the visit plan received from the program manager, the patient care executive will visit hospital/HCP and explain the services and offerings of the patient support program

The patient care executive will help the patient with the enrollment process (via digital consent/patient portal etc.) and guide them in completing the enrollment process.

The patient care executive will help the patient with the medicine linked PAP schemes.

Counsel the patients / caregivers for disease management using approved educational content provided by pharma company.

Counsel the patients for adherence and dose reminders

Follow up and addressing patients' queries on program, or basics of disease / lifestyle management as per patient's indication.

Adverse event reporting.

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in healthcare systems and patient management tools.
