Classic Fashion is expanding its IT Business Solutions team, and were looking for an experienced Executive ERP Support to ensure smooth operations of our ERP and HCM systems across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in application support, team coordination, and problemsolving within a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve enduser system issues efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and implementation teams to close tickets.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and manage highpriority system incidents.
• Document resolutions, gather user feedback, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement.

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in ERP/HCM application support.
• Handson experience with ERP or HCM platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead or guide application support teams.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving abilities.
