Executive Director - Debt Capital Markets (MNC Bank)

Key Responsibilities

- Coverage of corporates and FIG issuers (banks, NBFCs, and other FIG segment clients) issuing foreign currency bonds from India, in close partnership with India corporate banking coverage teams.

- Primary contact for the origination, structuring, and placement (through the syndicate and regional DCM distribution teams) of debt instruments for the chosen set of clients.

- Providing market trends, including pricing intelligence, comparables, macro and market insights, and other deal-specific support and content to issuing and prospective clients.

- Developing close linkages and relationships with the regional DCM syndicate and distribution teams in APAC.

- Primary onshore contact for all documentation and execution support for the undertaken bond issuance transactions.

- Managing specific P&L metrics and revenue targets for bond issuance fees and associated cross-sell for the managed business.
