We are #hiring for a leading international non profit!

Responsibilities:

Lead long-term program strategy across education, healthcare, environment and sustainable livelihoods and translate it into clear organizational priorities.

Work closely with program teams to ensure projects are aligned, resourced, and deliverable.

Represent the organisation at senior levels with government stakeholders, donors, hospitals, corporates, and sector leaders.

Provide updates to the Executive Committee, including options, implications, and recommendations.

Set and guide communication strategy, positioning, and organizational narrative.

Lead partnership discussions and MoU negotiations with government bodies, nonprofits, and corporate partners, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, expectations, and delivery.

Shape fundraising strategy and pipeline development with the internal team, including priorities, targets, and relationship pathways.

Requirements:

8 - 12 years of senior leadership experience in strategy and program operations in the non profit sector

Proven ability to build partnerships across government, CSR and philanthropic donors, institutions, and mission-aligned organizations.

Comfortable working across India, NZ and US time zones and with periodic travels.

Demonstrated experience of working in lean or evolving organizations, creating clarity without relying on hierarchy.
