Perform project tasks independently, and direct, coach, and supervise the efforts of Managers, Sr. consultants, consultants and analysts.Ability to lead a project team.Guide development of and review deliverables, in line with scope outlined and client needs, to drive high-quality.Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.Maintain and expand client relationships.Identify and resolve issues critical to the clients strategic and operational success.Lead new business proposals and proposal development.Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.Provide guidance and coaching support to larger Deloitte Human Capital team members.Contribute to practice building, eminence and other internal practice initiatives additional responsibilities.
