Designation: Executive - Design Architect (Pune)

What Success Looks like in 1 Year:

• Achieved 100% monthly targets for sales collaterals and EC data.
• Developed and implemented at least 8 innovative design ideas annually, including surveys and updates in market trends.
• Maintained flawless M-schedule tracking, ensuring all project milestones are met on time.
• Introduced and incorporated at least 8 façade innovations per year in materials, windows, glazing, and railings.
• Demonstrated consistent attendance, punctuality, and agility, fostering a productive and positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare compelling sales collaterals and collect EC (Electrical & Civil) data/drawings, ensuring 100% achievement each month.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop brochures and sales tools based on accurate data and innovative designs.
• Conduct regular market surveys on design, materials, and technologies; update design and material databases accordingly.
• Drive creativity and innovation in design concepts, aiming for a minimum of 8 new innovations or updates annually.
• Track project milestones meticulously using M-schedule tracker, ensuring timely completion of all project-related achievements.
• Lead façade innovation initiatives, introducing new concepts/materials/windows/glazing/railings at least 8 times per year.
• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and demonstrate agility in adapting to project and market changes.

Must Have Experience (Non Negotiable):

• Proven experience in architectural design, drawings, and project coordination.
• Experience in preparing sales collaterals and working with data for brochures and project presentations.
• Ability to conduct and analyze market surveys related to design, materials, and technologies.
• Track record of implementing design innovations and façade solutions in real projects.
• Strong organizational skills for schedule tracking and project milestone management.
