Job Description: Executive – CRM (Registrations)
Location: Baner‑Sus / Kharadi, Pune
Reports to: Assistant Manager – CRM (Registrations)
Experience: 1–3 years in CRM or Customer Onboarding in Real Estate

The Executive – CRM (Registrations) supports the larger CRM team in ensuring timely documentation, seamless onboarding, and high levels of customer satisfaction, which directly impacts our operational excellence and sales success.

95%+ accuracy in registration document handling and system updates
Noticeable improvement in registration turnaround time
Prompt resolution of customer registration queries
Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders during onboarding
Reliable support to the Assistant Manager in meeting compliance and data integrity goals
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing end‑to‑end property registration processes
Liaise with legal and sales teams to gather and verify necessary documents
Update CRM systems accurately with customer and registration details
Handle customer inquiries related to the registration process
Track and report daily registration metrics and highlight delays
Support internal training and documentation for consistent compliance practices
Maintain physical and digital records of registration documents
Must‑Have Experience (Non‑Negotiable)
1–3 years in customer onboarding, CRM, or registrations within the real estate sector
Working knowledge of legal and documentation processes involved in property registration
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
Nice‑to‑Haves (Can Be Learned on the Job)
Understanding of local property registration laws and practices
Experience using digital registration or e-documentation tools
Familiarity with RERA or local compliance requirements
