What you'll do?

The CRM Operations Executive will be responsible for scheduling and executing CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, and WhatsApp, ensuring all communications are launched accurately and on time, while managing the overall campaign execution process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Schedule and launch CRM campaigns across PNs, Emails, and WhatsApp
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately with correct targeting, content, and links
• Maintain and manage the CRM execution calendar and campaign scheduling timelines
• Coordinate with CRM, onsite, design, and technical teams to collect required inputs
• Perform pre-launch QA checks (copy, segmentation, formatting, tracking, timing)
• Monitor campaign execution and confirm successful deployment
• Maintain documentation and execution checklists to ensure smooth operations

What you'll need?

• 02 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, or campaign execution (fresh graduates with strong organization skills are welcome to apply)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, SFMC, Adobe, CleverTap, Iterable) is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
