Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Compliance to support telecom regulatory and compliance activities. This is an entry-level role , ideal for fresh Telecommunication graduates who are eager to learn regulatory processes, documentation handling, and coordination related to telecom compliance. The role requires good Excel skills, basic documentation knowledge, and strong follow-up abilities .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day telecom compliance and regulatory activities.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers, reports, and MIS in MS Excel.
• Support documentation related to DoT / TRAI compliance, audits, and inspections
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and report submission
• Assist in maintaining physical files and digital compliance records
• Prepare and format documents, letters, and reports using MS Word
• Create basic presentations and compliance summaries using PowerPoint
• Support senior team members during audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of compliance data

Key Skills Required

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, trackers, simple formulas)
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Basic understanding or interest in telecom compliance / regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and process discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication / ECE.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Willingness to learn telecom regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Comfortable with documentation-heavy and process-oriented work.
• Ready to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
