Job Description

Role Overview:

The Executive Coach will partner with senior leaders and high-potential executives to accelerate leadership effectiveness, transformation readiness, and business impact. The role focuses on executive coaching, leadership capability building, and strategic L&D interventions aligned to a fast-evolving global IT and digital services environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Coaching & Leadership Development:

  • Provide 1:1 and group executive coaching to CEOs, CXOs, VPs, Directors, and senior delivery leaders
  • Support leaders through digital transformation, scale, M&A integration, and organizational change
  • Coach leaders on executive presence, decision-making, stakeholder influence, and resilience


L&D Strategy & Programs:

  • Design and deliver leadership development journeys for senior and next-gen leaders.
  • Embed coaching culture across leadership levels.
  • Partner with global L&D teams to align coaching interventions with enterprise talent strategy.


Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Enable leaders to drive agile ways of working, customer-centricity, and innovation.
  • Support succession planning and leadership readiness initiatives.
  • Diagnose leadership capability gaps using assessments, feedback, and analytics.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Management, DEI, and Business Heads.
  • Present coaching outcomes and impact metrics to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with external coaching partners and learning vendors.


Measurement & Impact:

  • Define and track ROI of coaching and leadership programs.
  • Use psychometrics, 360 feedback, and behavioral assessments.
  • Continuously improve programs using data-driven insights.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, MBA, or related field.
  • Certified Executive Coach (ICF PCC/MCC, EMCC, or equivalent).
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to executive coaching.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders in large IT / technology / global services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital, agile, and global delivery models.
