Job Summary:

Ramada by Wyndham, Aligarh is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, creating innovative menus, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations including all outlets and banquet kitchens.
• Plan, develop, and design seasonal and innovative menus.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, taste, presentation, and quality.
• Monitor food cost, control wastage, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with F&B, purchasing, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Ensure timely food production for restaurant, room service, and banquets.
• Implement SOPs and maintain consistency in food quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed hotel or hospitality brand.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in multi-cuisine menu planning and food production.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).
• Ability to manage food cost and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
