Executive Category Marketing Beauty & Personal Care

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible to support the category team in managing product performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of category initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

Category Performance Tracking

• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product movement across channels.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly performance reports.
• Track key metrics such as sales, margins, stock levels, and product-wise performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use MS Excel to analyze sales data, trends, and category insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to support category decision making.
• Maintain product master sheets, price trackers, and promotional trackers

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, E-commerce, and Finance teams.
• Coordinate for product launches, promotions, stock planning, and campaign execution.
• Ensure alignment between category strategy and operational execution.

Vendor & Internal Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth category operations.
• Follow up on product availability, pricing updates, and campaign requirements

Prior Experience: 1 3 years of experience in Category Management / E-commerce / FMCG / D2C / Retail

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Beauty & Personal Care category trends is a plus
