JD for Business development & Project management - Metina

Key Responsibilities

Business Development, Lead Generation & Deal closure

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in EU, UK, and Australia markets.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects including pharma, biotech, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, Conferences, and Partner networks.
  • Track competitor activity and monitor market trends in target regions.
  • Support deal execution including NDA initiation, Business case preparation, Proposal preparation, Term sheet support, Internal alignment with legal, Finance, Regulatory & Supply chain teams

Project Management

  • Co-ordination with R&D, CMO, CRO and Technical teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Coordinate partner meetings, prepare pitch decks, and support business presentations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing partners and prospective clients.

Events & Conferences

  • Support planning and participation in industry events (BIO, CPHI, DIA, etc.).
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of conference leads and conversions.

Preferred Qualifications

3 - 4 years of experience in BD/PM for EU, UK, Australia.

  • Masters degree (Pharmacy, Management)
  • Experience with:

In-licensing/out-licensing deals for Generic Pharma Products.

Distribution partnerships & license, supply agreements.

Understanding of Product dossiers /regulatory pathways (EMA, MHRA, TGA, FDA)

Project Management for Generic Product Development.
