What Success Looks Like in 1 Year

  • Planned and executed 12–15 on-ground events with zero critical misses.

  • Built a reliable vendor network and SOP for event execution, ensuring consistency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborated across teams (Design, Sales, CRM) to align on event objectives and deliver impactful experiences.

  • Managed tight timelines, quick turnarounds, and dynamic setups with agility.

  • Maintained detailed reports and budgets for all events.

  • Earned trust of senior leaders as a dependable go-to executor for high-pressure situations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of offline events, launches, site activations, brand expos, and internal engagement activities.

  • Assist AGM – Events in planning event calendars, sourcing vendors, and managing timelines.

  • Execute branding, signage, and setup as per brand guidelines at project sites or offsite venues.

  • Maintain event checklists, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and troubleshoot on-ground issues.

  • Track budgets, maintain expense records, and ensure approvals and reconciliations are in place.

  • Capture feedback post-events and document learning for future iterations.

  • Liaise with agencies, fabricators, and production partners to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Stay updated on trends in real estate and brand activations for continuous improvement.


Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Hands-on experience in coordinating physical/offline events (college fests, brand activations, internships, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools.

  • Willingness to work on weekends or odd hours based on event schedules.

  • Basic understanding of vendor management and budgeting.


Nice to Haves (Can Be Learned On-the-Job)

  • Exposure to real estate, retail, or lifestyle brand marketing.

  • Creative input on event themes, décor, or audience engagement.

  • Experience working with design or creative teams.

  • Understanding of customer journeys in experiential marketing.

Location & Work Requirements

  • Role is based out of Baner–Sus Office, Pune.

  • Frequent travel required to project sites, vendor locations, and event venues within Pune.

  • On-ground presence required during weekend events or holiday activations.

  • Must be comfortable with dynamic work hours and physically demanding setups during events.
