Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the installation and commissioning of a wide range of AV solutions at client sites.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and architectural plans to ensure accurate installation.
Perform system configuration to guarantee optimal performance of all installed equipment.
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve service-related queries efficiently and effectively.
Provide clear, professional, and prompt technical support to clients via phone and email.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other technical staff to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
Maintain meticulous records of work performed, equipment used, and client communication.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AV technology and industry best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
Strong technical aptitude for a variety of AV equipment, including video displays, control systems, audio processors, and video conferencing hardware.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients.
Exceptional email communication skills to handle technical inquiries and provide professional updates.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
Strong customer-service orientation and a professional demeanor.
Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel to client sites as required.
