Key Areas of Responsibility

• Regularly Monitor - Monitoring to be done on daily, weekly, monthly basis for availability & transactions & to be taken up with the corresponding team to resolve the issues of low performing
• Visit chronic sites & share the feedback : (for > 3 days - 10% dip in Txn - "Non-HD calls")- To visit chronic ATM sites within a specific timeframe (10% dip in transactions/Repetitive ATMs)
• Site Audits (Quarterly once)- To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe and update on Fieldor app.
• Visits for critical concerns- To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue, vandalism/ theft case, visit police station for legal issues
• Site Sourcing and LA renewal-visit and sourcing potential locations, renewal of Lease Agreement and rent negation

Basic Qualifications

B.A under Dibrugarh University, Assam (2009)

PGDCA under Dibrugarh University, Assam (2012)
