We work with some of the largest creator-led and entertainment-focused brands globally, including names such as Pubity and KSI, while also operating and growing our own digital brands.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will work closely with the Founder, supporting both business operations and personal day-to-day requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the CEOs calendar, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Handling personal bookings including travel, accommodation, meetings, and appointments
• Drafting and responding to emails and messages on behalf of the CEO
• Tracking basic company analytics and preparing short daily or morning briefs
• Organizing documents, spreadsheets, and internal trackers
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Handling ad-hoc, time-sensitive, and confidential tasks

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Prior experience is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome

Compensation

Salary will be discussed based on experience and role fit.
