Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The role will involve managing travel arrangements, reimbursements, HR administrative tasks, office operations, and coordinating internal updates across teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Administrative Support to Leadership

Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met across cross-functional teams.

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Policy & Documentation Management

Employee Engagement & Internal Events

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

24 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administration, or Operations roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

Experience in travel coordination and office administration.

Prior experience supporting leadership or cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
