Hiring: Founders Office/ Life COO

This is not a traditional founder's office role.

You are the founders personal bandwidth multiplier - owning everything outside the business and running it with precision, systems, and taste.

If something matters in the founders life, you make sure it happens flawlessly.

Youll own:

• Health & personal performance (diet, workouts, recovery, doctors, grooming)
• Family operations (birthdays, events, travel, gifting, touchpoints)
• Friends & relationships (CRM, dinners, trips, thoughtful follow-ups)
• Weddings, travel & major life moments (venues, vendors, aesthetics, execution)
• Personal admin (calendar hygiene, logistics, renewals, vendors, paperwork)

You dont wait for instructions. You take vague inputs and turn them into executed outcomes.

You will build systems:

• A Life Dashboard (goals, people, events, admin)
• Family + Friends CRM with automated reminders

You should apply if you are:
