Job Summary:The Executive Assistant to the Principal provides administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Principals office in an institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the schedule, meetings, and official correspondence.
* Coordinate communication between the Principal, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Assist in documentation and compliance related to All India Council for Technical Education and other regulatory bodies.
* Organize meetings, events, and institutional visits.
* Maintain confidential records and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
* 35 years of administrative or executive assistant experience (preferably in an educational institution).
Skills:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
