Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder

Location: New Delhi (ITO)

Travel Requirement: Yes (Domestic & International, as required)

5.5 Days working but have to be available for 24*7

Salary upto 12-13 LPA


About the Role

We are seeking a highly dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with the Founder across multiple business verticals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can manage operations, drive special projects, and ensure seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will act as the Founders right hand ensuring operational excellence, confidentiality, and alignment with the organizations long-term vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Support

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with the Founders vision and organizational goals.
  • Streamline office processes and implement systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor business priorities and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Lead special projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the Founder.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and external partners.

4. Calendar & Travel Management

  • Manage the Founders calendar, including meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.

5. Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and background documents for external engagements.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and business events.

6. Administrative & Confidential Support

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who demonstrates maturity, agility, and strong execution capabilities.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management certifications (preferred).

Experience

  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or Founders.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional coordination and projects.
