Executive Assistant to the Director

We are looking for a high-energy, exceptionally sharp Executive Assistant to the Director to serve as a strategic partner and "right hand." This isn't just an administrative role; we need a proactive problem-solver with a smart thought process who can anticipate needs before they arise. • Strategic Support: Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the Director, managing a complex calendar and prioritising high-value tasks.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Use a sharp, analytical mindset to handle logistical challenges and streamline the Directors daily workflow.
• High-Level Communication: Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations, ensuring the Directors voice is represented with clarity and impact.
• Commitment to Excellence: Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion with a strong willingness to go the extra mile.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining professional relationships at all levels.

• Education: A bachelors Degree is mandatory.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
