Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance and comprehensive support to the Managing Director, managing appointments and schedules, coordinating tasks, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The role requires proactive communication, coordination of business activities, and effective management of day-to-day administrative responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields is preferred
• Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and documentation
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
