Role: Executive Assistant to Founder

(Confidential | Immediate Joining | HybridRemote)


About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder across multiple business interests (investment, advisory, and strategic engagements). This is a mission-critical role involving constant interaction with senior stakeholdersCXOs, promoters, entrepreneurs, lenders, private & PSU banks, advisors, consultants, and institutional counterparts.

This is not a clerical EA role. It requires maturity, judgment, discretion, polish, and the ability to operate confidently with very senior, high-ego stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

1. Founder & Business Management

  • End-to-end calendar ownership (multiple entities, high-density schedules)
  • Scheduling and coordination of CXO-level, promoter, and lender meetings
  • Managing communications across:
  • Clients & portfolio companies
  • Senior bankers (Private Banks, PSU Banks DGM/GM/AGM level and above)
  • Advisors, consultants, and business associates
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing professional email communication
  • Acting as the single point of coordination between the Founder and all stakeholders

2. Meetings & Travel

  • Accompanying the Founder to in-person meetings when required
  • Taking structured, high-quality meeting notes and tracking follow-ups
  • Managing travel:
  • Flights, hotels, logistics
  • Last-minute changes and high-pressure situations
  • Coordinating schedules across cities and time zones

3. Execution & Personal Support

  • Proactive reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Managing ad-hoc personal requirements with discretion and efficiency
  • Handling confidential information with absolute trust and professionalism
  • Anticipating needs rather than waiting for instructions


What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Exceptional communication skills articulate, polished, confident
  • Prior experience working with:
  • Founders / Promoters / CXOs
  • Senior leadership in banks, consulting, finance, or large corporates
  • Strong executive presence and ability to deal with very senior, demanding stakeholders
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working remotely , with flexibility to travel for meetings
  • High level of discretion, maturity, and emotional intelligence
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred


Ideal Backgrounds (Strong Plus)

  • EA to Founder / CEO / MD
  • Investment firm, private equity, family office, banking, consulting
  • Experience coordinating with PSU banks, private banks, or institutional lenders
  • Candidates who understand hierarchy, protocol, and seniority
