Executive Assistant To Director

Techeon IT Services is looking for a highly organized, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to Director . This role requires close coordination with leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative and business-related responsibilities efficiently.

Immediate joiners required

• Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage the Directors calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
• Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, emails, and official correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups, approvals, and task tracking
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist in planning meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
• Ensure smooth communication and effective time management for the Director

• B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT)
• OR
• MBA in Finance / Marketing / Entrepreneurship Development
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong commanding communication skills (naturally confident or developed through experience)
• Should be strategic and a natural problem solver.
• Smart, articulate, and professional personality
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate to Latur, Maharashtra

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
