Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director


Location: Pune ( Kharadi )

Department: Administration / Executive Office

Reports To: Director


Job Summary


We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and seamless coordination across business functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director
  • Manage and coordinate the Directors calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing as needed
  • Assist in planning and executing business meetings, events, and reviews
  • Track key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director
  • Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Support decision-making by conducting research and compiling data


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 37 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
