Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Graduate with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
2. Proficient in drafting, typing, and, ideally, shorthand
3. Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a plus
4. 1012 years of experience supporting CMD/MD-level executives, preferably in manufacturing
5. Strong, stable career track; frequent job changes will not be considered
6. Must be permanently settled in Bengaluru; spouse should not have a transferable job
7. Should reside within Metro-accessible areas or be able to commute within one hour
8. Company vehicle provided for commuting from Hosur Road
