Location: South Extension, New Delhi

Industry: Luxury Jewellery / Diamonds

CTC Offered: 1lacs - 1.20 lacs per month

Experience: 5-10 years


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedExecutive Assistant to the Director who has strong knowledge ofjewellery, diamonds, gemstones, assortments, and design aesthetics . This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires someone who can assist the Director in both administrative and product-related tasks within the luxury jewellery domain.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage and coordinate the Directors daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondences on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.


Jewellery & Product Related Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in reviewingdesign sketches, concepts, and collections .
  • Provide support indiamond and gemstone assortment , quality checks, and product curation.
  • Maintain SKU-wise data, product sheets, costing sheets, and collection catalogs.
  • Coordinate with design, production, CAD, and merchandising teams for approvals and follow-ups.
  • Understand the 4Cs of diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, gemstones (precious & semi-precious), and market trends.
  • Assist during photoshoots, product launches, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.


Coordination & Operations

  • Ensure timely execution of tasks delegated by the Director across departments.
  • Track project timelines, follow-ups with design and manufacturing teams, and share regular status updates.
  • Vendor coordination for jewellery-related activities (design houses, karigars, stone suppliers, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining inventory audits, certifications, and quality control documentation.


Communication & Representation

  • Attend meetings with the Director and prepare MoMs, briefs, and follow-up trackers.
  • Represent the Director in internal/external discussions when required.
  • Provide customer handling support for VIP clients and ensure premium service delivery.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree; certification/courses in jewellery design, gemology, or diamonds is a strong advantage.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an EA, in a jewellery/diamond/luxury jewellery brand.
  • Strong understanding ofdiamonds (4Cs), gemstones, jewellery manufacturing processes , and design terminology.
  • Excellent communication skillswritten & verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
