What You'll Do

• Executive Support: Calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination
• Communications: Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, emails, client correspondence, contact database
• Team Coordination: Follow-ups with internal team on deliverables and deadlines
• Social Media: Manage CEO and company LinkedIn presence, create and schedule content
• Research & Content: Research topics, create presentations, pitch decks, graphics, marketing materials
• Whatever Else Comes Up: Event coordination, client follow-ups, vendor management, strategic projects

Hard Skills Required

• Expert in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Strong calendar management skills
• Strong written and verbal English
• Social media management (LinkedIn focus)
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Quick learner with new platforms and tools
