What You'll Do
- Executive Support: Calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination
- Communications: Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, emails, client correspondence, contact database
- Team Coordination: Follow-ups with internal team on deliverables and deadlines
- Social Media: Manage CEO and company LinkedIn presence, create and schedule content
- Research & Content: Research topics, create presentations, pitch decks, graphics, marketing materials
- Whatever Else Comes Up: Event coordination, client follow-ups, vendor management, strategic projects
Hard Skills Required
- Expert in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Strong calendar management skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Social media management (LinkedIn focus)
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Quick learner with new platforms and tools
