Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a key role in supporting the CEO across Sales, Hiring, and Client Management functions. This position requires exceptional communication, coordination, and administrative skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support to the CEO in activities related to Sales, Hiring, and Client Engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; manage communication and follow-ups.
  • Draft and prepare reports, proposals, presentations, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, client discussions, and business travel; manage calendars and schedules.
  • Assist with preparation of business documents, MIS, performance trackers, and dashboards.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and follow-up activities across teams.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping, and process coordination.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Educational Qualifications

  • Full-time Graduate, preferably MBA / PGDM.


Work Experience

  • 48 years of experience in Sales or Business Support roles, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership will be an added advantage.
