Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Mumbai. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and supporting the CEO in daily administrative and operational tasks. You will also assist in strategic planning activities and serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in drafting professional correspondence and reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, prioritization, and multitasking efficiently.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
