Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support directly to the CEO. Daily tasks include managing the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting high-level decision-making processes. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to handle confidential information with discretion and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing communication and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Executive Support and handling high-level scheduling, booking appointments, and attending to special projects as directed.
  • Skill in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining detailed Expense Reports.
  • Expertise in Diary Management, including meeting coordination and workflow optimization.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document preparation, information management, and trouble-shooting operational tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives is a strong advantage.
