Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)

88 Pictures is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO . This is a high-impact role at the heart of the executive office, supporting leadership across scheduling, travel, meetings, and follow-ups.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination for the CEO and Studio Head, enabling them to focus on strategic and creative priorities. This role requires discretion, ownership, and strong follow-through.

Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for the CEO

Schedule internal and external meetings across multiple time zones

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and itineraries

Manage visa documentation, renewals, and travel compliance in coordination with HR and external agencies

Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

Project Management

Track action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders on commitments and deadlines

Act as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion

47 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Prior experience in media, animation, creative, or production environments is a plus

Work closely with leadership driving global animation, VFX, and gaming projects

Exposure to international travel, collaborations, and executive decision-making
