This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support, including preparing expense reports, managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, organizing meetings, and carrying out other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and an efficient workflow.

• Solid experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and managing executive-level tasks
• Proven ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Executive Support and organizational skills to efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and confidential matters
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
