About the Role
Hiring an Executive Assistant with a defined growth path into a Chief of Staff role. The role begins with Founder support and execution discipline and expands into strategy, cross-functional execution, and leadership as capability and trust are demonstrated. This is not a transactional support role. It is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Founders right hand in a high-growth company.

Responsibilities
- Phase 1: Executive Assistant (Foundation)
- Founder & Priority Management
- Own calendar, travel, and priority management with precision
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, notes, and action summaries
- Act as a gatekeeper to protect focus and decision quality
- Execution & Follow-ups
- Track action items across leadership, sales, product, and partnerships
- Ensure decisions translate into execution through disciplined follow-ups
- Maintain weekly priorities, reviews, and operating cadence
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with investors, partners, advisors, and enterprise clients
- Support investor updates and leadership communications
- Maintain sharp, professional communication with external stakeholders
- Phase 2: Transition into Chief of Staff (Growth)
- As trust and capability are proven, responsibilities will expand into:
- Owning execution tracking across teams (OKRs, priorities, reviews)
- Driving cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- Supporting strategy formulation, decision memos, and risk analysis
- Acting as an extension of the Founder in internal forums
- Improving internal processes, reporting, and operating cadence
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years experience as an EA, senior ops, or similar role
- Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-level executive
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly organised, structured thinker, calm under pressure
- High discretion, maturity, and ownership mindset
