Job Summary:
Shyam Metalics is seeking a dynamic and presentable Executive Assistant to support the Finance Director at the Head Office in Taratala, Kolkata. The role involves providing high-level administrative, coordination, and analytical support while maintaining effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders. Exposure to investor relations, financial documentation, or investment-related coordination will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance Director in daily operational and strategic activities.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups on action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and maintain documentation for internal reviews.
Financial & Investment Coordination
- Assist in preparation and compilation of financial presentations, reports, and investment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal finance, commercial, and MIS teams for data collection and reporting.
- Support activities related to investor communication, financial reporting, and documentation.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a coordination point between the Finance Director and internal departments.
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, and documentation on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and corporate information.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, presentations, and data summaries required by senior management.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents, reports, and presentations.
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-up with relevant departments.
Administrative Coordination
- Manage scheduling of internal meetings, external discussions, and senior leadership interactions.
- Support preparation of presentations and briefing notes for management meetings.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
- 3 years of relevant experience in executive support, finance coordination, or corporate administration preferred.
- Exposure to investor relations, investment coordination, or financial documentation will be advantageous.
- Freshers with strong academic background and professional presentation may also be considered.
