Job Summary

Shyam Metalics is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director Finance and Director Commercial at the Taratala Head Office. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills to manage executive schedules, documentation, and internal/external communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director Finance and Director Commercial.
• Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for follow-ups and information flow.
• Handle confidential financial and commercial documents with discretion.
• Draft emails, letters, meeting minutes, and official communications.
• Maintain records, files, and documentation for finance and commercial matters.
• Assist in meeting preparation, agenda setting, and action tracking.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good documentation and reporting ability
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask

Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate with relevant experience in executive assistance or office coordination.
