Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant Secretary based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant Secretary will manage administrative functions, assist leadership in scheduling and coordination, handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of office operations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and providing support for organizational functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with other teams to streamline operations and align efforts with the organizations goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence management, documentation, and record-keeping
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to efficiently handle multiple assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity
- Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for working in a dynamic, high-paced environment
- Prior experience in administrative and secretarial roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Drafting Minutes of Meetings
