This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support, manage daily schedules, prepare expense reports, and coordinate meetings and communications. The role also requires maintaining organized records and providing efficient support for executive operations. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail is required for day-to-day tasks.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Strong Executive Support capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
