Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Mumbai. Pangea Travel is looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the leadership team and ensure strong follow-through across all priorities.
Job Description
- Traditional Executive Assistant role supporting the leadership team
- Focus on coordination, tracking, and follow-ups
- Ensure decisions, conversations, and plans are executed on time
- Work in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
- Track action items from meetings and ongoing discussions
- Own follow-ups with internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Maintain clear task lists, timelines, and reminders
- Organise documents, communication threads, and information
- Proactively flag delays, gaps, or pending items
- Support meetings, travel coordination, and logistics as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA, admin, or operations support professional
- Excellent organisational and follow-through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple threads without things slipping
- Luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end service experience is a plus, not required
