Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and presentable Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to support senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with office productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior leadership
• Draft professional emails, letters, and internal/external communications
• Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Maintain and organize documents using Google Drive
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent email drafting and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets & Google Drive
• Presentable personality with professional etiquette
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
