Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant (CA Qualified), the incumbent will provide high-level support to MDs Office by managing financial, commercial, and administrative tasks.

Some of the Key Accountabilities include:

Strategic Business Planning -

a) Contribute pro-actively in the development of the annual operating plan during annual P&B exercise

b) Coordinate with units in the development of 3 years rolling Business Plans (P&B)

c) Contribute to formulation of long-term Corporate Strategy incorporating Organic and Inorganic Growth initiatives

Business Performance monitoring and assisting MD with Reviews -

a) Monitor on daily, weekly and monthly basis actual achievement versus plan, identify deviations and coordinate with business teams to drive corrective actions to be taken for addressing deviations from plan

b) Monitor status of key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to business success and report proactively to prevent issues

c) Tracking project execution closely to enable support to site teams and clear any interface issues / debottlenecking

d) Preparation for Units in making review presentations for relevance of content and context.

Business Analytics & Action Plans -

a) Continuously analyze developments in the national and global economy, industry, sector and competitive landscape.

b) Contribute to development of business specific action plans in response to external environment changes in order to achieve pre- defined goals and targets and remain competitive in market place

Market Intelligence / Networking

a) Co-ordinate with external and internal stakeholders for obtaining information relevant to business decision making.

b) Network, build and nurture relationships to serve business needs

c) Support MD with national and international business forums and industry bodies
