Job Description
- The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executive, with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and basic project management activities
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively and possess a keen attention to detail
- A basic understanding of project management processes is a plus, as well as the ability to handle day-to-day tasks with professionalism
Roles And Responsibilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in administrative support and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with creating reports, dashboards, and business metrics.
- Basic knowledge of project management processes or methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
