Founded by mother-daughter duo Sonal and Karnika, we connect exceptional South Asian designers and artisans with international audiences through our digital marketplace and immersive pop-up experiences. Our journey influenced by Mumbai, London, Hong Kong, and New York honours traditional craftsmanship while embracing contemporary design.

About the Role We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and deeply committed Executive Assistant to support our Founder. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, learn quickly, and keep up from day one. We are looking for someone who is serious about this role and ready to commit long term this is not a short-term or transitional position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and correspondence

Take calls and meetings independently on behalf of the Founder

Act as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

Support marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communications

Assist with Shopify platform management and digital operations

Plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and brand activations

Handle all sensitive information with complete discretion

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

Full professional fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory

Confident and professional on calls and in meetings

Exceptional multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, systems, and processes

Extremely organised with outstanding attention to detail

Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Shopify
