Herb Tantra is a fast-growing natural wellness brand selling across Amazon US, Amazon India, Amazon UK, and quick commerce platforms. Were bootstrapped, profitable, growing at 15% month-on-month, and have served over 2,00,000 customers globally.

This is a small, fast-moving team of 8 people led by an IIT-graduate founder. Were at an inflection point preparing to raise institutional funding and scale aggressively. If you want a front-row seat to building a global brand from the ground up, this is it.

The Role

Were looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Executive / EA who will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the day-to-day operational tasks that keep the business running. This role is critical youll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while the founder focuses on growth, product, and fundraising.

This is not a typical "assistant" role. Youll have real responsibility from day one and direct visibility into how a global D2C brand operates.

What Youll Own

• Prepare and manage export/import shipment documentation for US and UK orders
• Process payments, coordinate with vendors, and handle purchase orders
• Create and manage FBA shipments on Amazon India and international marketplaces
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory, dispatch, and logistics
• Handle day-to-day admin documents, spreadsheets, data entry, reports
• Manage founders calendar, follow-ups, and communication where needed
• Support with basic research for new product development and market analysis
• Troubleshoot website and operational issues as they arise

Who You Are

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA freshers welcome)
• 13 years of experience in operations, admin, e-commerce, or a startup environment (freshers with strong aptitude considered)
• Extremely organized you dont let things slip, you follow up without being asked
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon Seller Central, and learning new tools quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Self-starter who doesnt need hand-holding you figure things out
• Based in or willing to commute to Sector 88, Noida
