Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the Founder will play a critical role in supporting the Founder across multiple businesses within the hospitality, events, and lifestyle ecosystem. This position requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive professional who can manage schedules, coordination, communication, and follow-ups across diverse verticals while maintaining confidentiality and operational discipline.

This is a Founders Office role, not an administrative support position.


Multi-Business Coordination

  • Coordinate across:
  • GNH Group (hospitality & banquets)
  • A-DOT (flagship GNH venue)
  • Trix Entertainment (events & entertainment)
  • Indian Sneaker Festival (youth culture IP)
  • Liaise with senior management, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders


Key Responsibilities


Founder Support & Time Management

  • Manage the Founders calendar, meetings, calls, travel, and daily priorities
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper to ensure effective use of the Founders time
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and action trackers


Multi-Business Coordination

  • Coordinate across:
  • GNH Group (hospitality & banquets)
  • A-DOT (flagship luxury events brand)
  • Trix Entertainment (events & entertainment)
  • Indian Sneaker Festival (youth culture IP)
  • Track action items across teams and ensure timely execution
  • Liaise with senior management, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders


Communication & Follow-ups

  • Screen calls, emails, and messages; prioritise and respond where required
  • Ensure structured and persistent follow-ups on Founder directives
  • Draft professional emails, WhatsApp briefs, and internal communications


Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain organised records, documents, and confidential information
  • Assist with basic presentations, reports, and MIS coordination
  • Ensure accuracy and discipline in information shared with the Founder

Candidate Profile

  • Exposure to hospitality, events, luxury, media, or lifestyle businesses preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
  • Flexible with working hours as required by the Founders schedule
