Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle official correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare, format, and organise reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support smooth day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
  • Assist with follow-ups, task tracking, and prioritisation to support executive productivity

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably Computer Science, Business Studies, or Commerce)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer applications
  • Professional demeanour with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
