Job Description
Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle official correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, format, and organise reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
- Assist with follow-ups, task tracking, and prioritisation to support executive productivity
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably Computer Science, Business Studies, or Commerce)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer applications
- Professional demeanour with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
