Roles & Responsibilities


Executive Support & Administrative Excellence (The "EA" Function)

Calendar and Time Management: Own complex calendar management, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring the Leaders time allocation aligns with immediate P&P and business priorities.

Travel and Expense: Expertly handle international and domestic travel arrangements and logistics, and process expense reports promptly and accurately using Concur.

Administrative responsibilities: Perform general administrative and office duties of a responsible nature, including maintaining schedules, editing documents, preparing reports, and managing supplies.

Leverage Templates: Effectively leverage existing templates and company resources (e.g., EABP Toolbox, Insight) to execute daily tasks and ensure consistency.

Operational Partnership & P&P Focus (The "BP" Function)

P&P Op-Mech Support: Manage the operational rhythm of the P&P team by coordinating logistics for Staff meetings, team huddles, and Qtr/annual events.

Project Execution: Demonstrate basic program management capabilities and partner with the leaders to navigate solutions and execute the needs of the Business Unit/Functional Group (BU/FG), acting as an executor for agreed-upon P&P programs and initiatives.

Information Flow: Serve as the first point of contact, communicating with peers, team members, leaders, and external vendors in consultation with the Leader to ensure effective coordination

Community Partnership: collaborate with the EABP community to learn, engage and contribute to common EABP community deliverables for the India site

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth corporate setting, with at least 2 years directly supporting a senior leader.

Confidentiality: Proven professional integrity and a demonstrated ability to maintain absolute discretion when handling sensitive and confidential P&P/HR information.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, necessary for aligning on commitments and working with various internal and external partners.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas, collaborate, and exhibit negotiation skills to achieve agreed-upon solutions with peers. Comfortable using AI-powered collaboration tools to facilitate idea generation, analyze data, and accelerate decision-making.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in standard office software
